Terms & Conditions:

1. Twist and Nudge holds every right to use the Photographs and Videos for the promotion of our website and social media accounts.
2. 50% of the total payment must be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking. Due amount is expected to be paid right after the end of the event.
3. We strictly maintain the time schedule; the clients are requested to be at the venue on time.
4. Photographs may vary depending on decoration, environment, makeup and attire.
5. We suggest clients give us at least 1-1.30 hour time before the arrival of the guests for a perfect couple photoshoot.
6. For outside Dhaka, clients need to pay 50% extra with the package service.
7. It’s highly recommended to hire only one professional team for the best output or let us know if there will be any other team working with us.
8. Clients may collect the raw(unedited) photos within a week & edited photos and videos will be delivered after 30-40 days.
9. Day shifts are confined from 12.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. and night shifts are confined from 6.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m.
BDT 1000/per camera will be charged for every extra hour.
10. No refund policy of advance payments due to any kind of accidental cancellation of booking.
